Position title: Head of Operation

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handling and supporting for the department consist of Warehouse, Sales Administration, Purchasing and Human Resources.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Investigate problems, analyse root causes and define resolutions.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with top management in strategic planning of operational activities to achieve business goal.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with all departmental teams to establish business goal, objective and targets.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure compliance with established SOP, policies, safety regulations and maintains effective internal controls within the group.

\xc2\xb7 Develops and implements operational strategies, policies and procedure to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and allocates resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing and equipment planning.

\xc2\xb7 Builds and maintains strong relationship with key stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers and business partners.

\xc2\xb7 Build strong department team by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising employee performance.

\xc2\xb7 Motivate, organize, develop and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures accuracy and maintenance of data related to department and provides periodic report to the top management on any related matters whenever required.

\xc2\xb7 To communicate regularly with top management regarding to any problem or issue affecting to the operation of company.

Qualification and experience:

\xc2\xb7 A degree in Accounting / Business Management / Finance / Information Technology / or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Male or Female.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years experience as an Operation Manager or equivalent position.

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in medium size trading company.

\xc2\xb7 Business to business type of company experience.
