Job Description
Lead, manage, and oversee all operations within the department.
Develop departmental strategies and align them with company objectives.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
Plan and manage budgets, resources, and departmental KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with other HODs and management to achieve organizational goals.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
