Job Description
An Operations Head under Sales Department is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another from customer order to delivery. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way from customer order until the delivery.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase request, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Plan, arrange and monitor the daily delivery schedule in effective way.
- \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills
- \xc2\xb7 Leadership ability
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent certificate.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Candidates with integrity and able to handle confidential matters.
- Candidates with positive attitude to learn and execute.\'
