Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Operations & Credit team to ensure efficient loan processing and credit assessment functions. Oversee end-to-end loan application processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement. Evaluate and approve credit applications, including

personal loans for government staff

, in accordance with credit policies and risk appetite. Conduct and review

credit assessments using SPeKAR

and other relevant tools to support sound credit decisions. Ensure smooth loan processing operations through effective use of

Angkasa e-SPGA

and

Portal Payment System

. Liaise with internal departments, financial institutions, and government agencies to support efficient loan processing and disbursement. Monitor credit performance, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service quality. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the team to foster a high-performance culture. Support management in strategic initiatives, operational planning, and reporting related to operations and credit management.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of working experience

, preferably in the

banking industry

within a

Corporate Banking Department

. Strong background in

credit processing and assessment

, particularly in

personal loans for government staff

. Hands-on experience using

SPeKAR

,

Angkasa e-SPGA

, and

Portal Payment System

. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.
