Monitor, manage and maintain a growing global network of EV charging stations to ensure high availability, stability and performance service levels
Work closely with the Customer Care department to address charger issues
Drive root cause and corrective actions of field issues which includes a combination of hardware and software issues
Work with supply chain team to develop and implement process for spare parts management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and partners involved in charging infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and standards in the EV charging industry, ensuring that all operations adhere to legal and safety requirements
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management
Experience in industries that operate on 24/7 basis such as teleco, utilities, hospitals, elevators, are preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Proficient in Mandarin to be able to communicate with our supplier
Wiling to be on standby mode 24/7 and be involved in shiftwork including weekends and public holidays
