1. Plan, lead, organize, direct & implement the operations of the branch in all functional/ key result areas.
2. Ensure seamless day-to-day operation of the branch.
3. Manage branch financials like progress claims, retention fund, payment collective agreement etc.
4. Handle manpower requirements, material sourcing, project schedules, work-orders distributors.
5. Oversee contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.
6. Ensure compliance of operations with health & safety policy, SOPs, QMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS & other procedures.
7. Ensure project progress is as per schedule by visiting sites.
8. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and service level of the branch.
