Job Description


Your challenges:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives, taking into account regional nuances and cultural differences.within the APA region.

Collaborate with senior management to align P&O strategies with business goals and objectives.

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of P&O Operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Develop and implement P&O policies, procedures, and guidelines to support organizational objectives.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Implement talent management strategies, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.

Lead the regional P&O team

Oversee employee relations initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. Address employee concerns and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of P&O policies. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations programs.

Address and resolve workplace issues, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Provide guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local regulations. Provide guidance on salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives.Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with industry standards and organizational goals.

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs and collaborate with business units to address skill gaps.Identify opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Asia Pacific region. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, recognizing and respecting cultural differences across the Asia Pacific region. Implement strategies to create an inclusive workplace.

Lead P&O aspects of organizational change initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, or expansions in the region.

Your expertise:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are often preferred.

Extensive P&O leadership experience, ideally in a multinational corporation, with a focus on the Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa region.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple Asia Pacific countries.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align P&O strategies with business goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Proven experience in managing and developing P&O teams.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness of regional business practices.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in complex and varied environments.

Ability to travel as needed to different locations within the APA region.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in Workday and other P&O-related technology solutions.
