StoreHub is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition across our top marketing channels including paid social, video ads, search and more. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving aggressive growth goals while lowering CAC. You will partner closely with cross functional leaders in marketing, product and sales in addition to working with our executive team to gain new customers and achieve overarching business goals. You might have heard of us through Beep (beepit.com), a food delivery service we launched to support our F&B merchants during a very debilitating pandemic lockdown. StoreHub currently operates in Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines with our core inhouse engineering team based out of Shanghai. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need to know everything about our industry (even we don\xe2\x80\x99t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. Requirements What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here: Collaboration - Establish highly productive internal partnership across Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance and Product ensure that the strategy meets overall business goals. This role works in partnership with Country Sales Leads & Managers to drive sales and revenue goals across all key markets. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to partner with Brand Marketing Manager, Product Marketing teams and more to align channel messaging with product stories. Be an exceptional people leader and manager - You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for attracting, retaining and growing a high performing T-shaped team under the performance marketing function (advertising, partnerships, digital analytics, etc) to acquire new leads and customers across our key channels. Marketing Strategy - You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for enhancing our digital acquisition strategy on all key paid and unpaid channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Google (YouTube, Search, Display), TikTok, and other native platforms. You and your team will drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics. We don\xe2\x80\x99t want to optimize just for engagement or reach. Performance Management: Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc. Comfortable forecasting, managing, and allocating complex budgets based on performance targets and overarching business goals. Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend and efficiently scale new customers - Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas. Oversee key marketing KPIs in partnership with Head of Marketing to continue building into needs that align with marketing strategies (i.e. cohort analysis, repeat purchase, lifetime value, attribution modeling, ROAS, CPA, conversion, etc.). What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have: 6+ years of performance marketing / digital advertising experience (with focus on Facebook), with 3+ years of experience leading advertising or media buying functions. 2+ years developing and executing advertising strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. Experience driving engagement and conversion through targeting, creative, and testing\xe2\x80\xa6 at scale. Excellent proficiency in the English language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos Experience using CRM tools - Hubspot, Salesforce or an equivalent tool Direct experience with: - Facebook advertising - Adwords - Acquisition funnels - Google Tag Manager - Google Analytics - Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or an equivalent tool) Experience managing analytics tools & expertise in manipulating data sets (think: Excel) Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook & Google Excellent interpersonal skills: This role will require managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally. Addicted to growth & perpetual learning Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional working groups Excellent data literacy.
