Collaborate with physical education teachers to ensure the effective delivery of physical education lessons and activities.
Review physical education lesson plans to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives and standards.
Monitor student participation and progress in physical education classes, providing support and guidance as needed.
Oversee the maintenance and utilization of physical education facilities and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in physical education classes and activities.
Oversee the planning and execution of sports days and tournaments, both within and outside of the school.
External Competitions and Achievements
Actively scout for external non-academic competitions and events suitable for student participation.
Coordinate student enrollment in competitions, ensuring all necessary paperwork and registrations are completed.
Keep a record of students' participation, achievements, and accolades in external competitions.
Collaborate with teachers and coaches to support and guide students in their preparation for competitions.
Develop school teams in sports or non-sports areas and provide support and guidance to coaches and team members.
Contracts, Agreements, and Budget Management
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to draft contracts and agreements with external service providers.
Review and negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable arrangements for the school and students.
Develop and manage the budget for physical education programs, including equipment, supplies, and external service provider fees.
Monitor expenses and ensure efficient utilization of allocated funds.
Record-keeping, Reporting, and Integration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student participation, achievements, and progress in physical education classes.
Compile regular reports on students' physical education performance, and overall development.
Provide detailed reports to the school's management staff regarding physical education, competitions, and achievements.
Student Well-being and Discipline
Collaborate with the school's student support services to address the well-being and disciplinary needs of students participating in physical education.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
