The expansion for HQ team is also undergoing, hence, we are looking for a dynamic, industry experienced, meticulous individual who is able to lead the Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The Head of Procurement & Supply Chain will oversee the entire process of assisting & leading the organization and team to source, negotiate, lead, implement, execute & evaluate the entire process of Procurement & Supply Chain task and responsibilities. He/she needs to ensure the seamless operation and comprehensive management of the entire spectrum of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contracts Management functions. He/She is accountable for reducing the costs of goods, must possess expertise in purchasing tender processes for suppliers, and knowledgeable about directly importing goods/ingredients from international sources and distributing them accordingly within the organization. includes but not limited to: Managing end to end Supply Chain, Procurement & Contracts Management function. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, improve efficiency, and mitigate supply chain risks. Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes to improve lead times and enhance overall performance. Managing Domestic and Overseas procurement operations, coordinating with external supplier to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solution. Coordinating with Customs, Excise, Taxation departments for various duty benefits and schemes. Nurture supplier base, track local/international supply chains and trends, open up alternate procurement channels, work closely with team to develop an effective Procurement strategy for daily operations and future projects. Work closely and co-ordinate with all cross-function teams, finance, operations and logistics team for smooth day-to-day procurement operations. Planning and implementation of SOP to optimize efficiency of supply chain & procurement of regular purchases such as dry goods, ingredients, raw material, furniture, hardware and many more Managing all vendor activities including sourcing, negotiation, sample requests and delivery. Ensuring contracts and pricing Managing all vendor activities including sourcing, negotiation, sample requests and delivery. Ensuring contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to obtain favourable terms and conditions while maintaining quality standards. Manage portfolio of vendors, suppliers and Develop purchasing strategy and control purchase department budget. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other relevant factors. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs. Lead and mentor Procurement & Supply Chain department team member in providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Perform costing, scenario analysis, and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier power. Who are we looking for Minimum of a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field At least eight years\' handling Procurement portfolio with proven success & experience in Food & Beverage industry. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, posses prior experience in directly importing goods/ingredients from international sources Strong negotiation, analytical, meticulous and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing business environments, market conditions, and organizational priorities Proficiency with using ERP systems
