• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and management for program managers and engineers.
• Develop program management functions, processes, and team roles in collaboration with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, designing, and implementing strategic business initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to set strategies, define integrated work plans, and manage project prioritization.
• Oversee operations, engineering, and supply chain program initiatives while fostering effective team collaboration.
• Align processes with customers to ensure productive meetings, team accountability, and goal execution.
• Define and manage program deliverables, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and contingencies.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and cross-functional teams to establish and monitor budgets and resource plans.
• Organize and lead customer and internal meetings to align program execution with business strategies.
• Develop and implement program management tools and processes to ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and monitoring of deliverables.
• Manage program-related reporting and ensure clear communication of updates to stakeholders.
• Drive productivity, quality, and customer-service improvements through best practices and continuous system enhancements.
• Oversee new package development activities, following phase-gate review processes to meet time-to-market goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with suppliers/vendors to meet project development needs.
• Provide technical support to product development and NPI teams while resolving technical challenges.
• Train and mentor team members and hire additional program management professionals as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in program management within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex programs.
• Skilled in prioritizing deliverables and resources in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with customer escalation management, product development, and portfolio management.
• Adaptable to high-pressure, fast-paced environments with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
