A Snapshot of Your Day
Head Of Project Management lead and manage the project management team and substation projects for Grid technologies Grid Solutions business area in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. The role will have a single face responsibility with all substation projects and project management development under the Business Area. This position will report to the Head of Grid Technologies Grid Solutions in Malaysia.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the project management team for the Grid Solution business in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, providing coaching and support.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and methodologies to establish a robust and adaptable PM organization.
• Oversee the planning and execution of substation projects, focusing on timelines, cost control, and resource management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including factories, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
• Maintain close collaboration with headquarters, regional sales, and service operations teams, emphasizing transparency and effective communication.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
• Ensure the implementation of EQS requirements and promote a culture aligned with these standards.
• Take P&L responsibility for regional projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and assembling project teams with clearly defined individual responsibilities and resource allocation.

What You Bring

• Ability to lead project management to execute and implement Transmission Substations Projects in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore
• University degree in electrical or electronic engineering or similar is required, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in project management/operations including technical, financial and contractual in energy transmission.
• Project management experience, preferable with certification from International Project Management Bodies.
• Distinctive communication skills.
• Excellent English & skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during projects execution
