Job Description


This individual holds the role of providing comprehensive leadership across all aspects of property functions, covering activities such as business planning, operations, ensuring compliance in procurement, managing projects, and handling financial matters.

  • Leading and strategizing the yearly initiatives for acquiring and selling assets, managing the entire process from inception to completion. This includes conducting valuation exercises to ensure the organisation\'s capital objectives are achieved through collaboration with agents and property owners.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the project team involved in improving assets through activities such as remodeling, development planning, and repositioning. This oversight spans from the initial design stages to project execution, ensuring top-tier designs, safety, and comfort that align with the business and brand values.
  • Devising and executing plans for ongoing property expansion and modernization projects, encompassing activities like interior fitting, redesigning prominent branches, combining spaces, and creating vibrant environments. This involves meeting critical benchmarks related to costs, environmental impact, and project milestones.
  • Supervising the management of all properties and operational branches, taking care of aspects related to tenancy, maintenance, and facility management. The aim is to ensure seamless daily operations and optimal cost management.
  • Handling the evaluation, examination, and assessment of yearly budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for both capital and operational expenses. The goal is to optimize expense ratios and align them with departmental and property portfolio performance indicators.
  • Actively participating in various divisional committees related to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), disciplinary matters, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
  • Playing a significant role in pertaining to Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, as well as Strategic Cost Management, making valuable contributions in these areas.

  • Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management or any related industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Property Management/Facilities Management is required.
  • Fluency in oral and written English language is essential while good command of Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, stakeholder management skills, and communication skills.
