Develop and execute real estate strategies in Malaysia and Singapore to drive growth, while building strong relationships with business partners and staying informed on industry trends. Lead project managers to ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully open new stores.

• Develop and implement expansion strategies based on market studies to drive business growth.
• Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on retail environment changes and propose improvement plans.
• Identify and secure prime locations for new store openings, including conducting market analysis, feasibility studies, and site visits.
• Negotiate with landlords for new sites and lease renewals, ensuring legal risks are analyzed and countermeasures are prescribed.
• Oversee design and construction projects, ensuring they meet operational, budget, and brand requirements while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Optimize the existing property portfolio through relocations, extensions, renegotiations, and consolidations.
• Develop and implement a framework for capital deployment in the existing estate based on commercial, operational, and brand criteria.

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Business or any relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in both store expansion, development and fit out.
• F&B experience will be an added advantage.
