Job Overview: As the Head of Recruitment, you will oversee the recruitment operations of our agency, driving business growth through effective leadership, client management, and talent acquisition strategies. You will lead a team of recruiters, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain clients and candidates in alignment with agency goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top-tier talent, including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging digital platforms.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to clients based on client requirements and candidate profiles.
• Negotiate and finalize offers of employment, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement and achieve agency targets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain the agency\'s competitive edge in recruitment services.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a leadership or management role within a recruitment agency.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and client management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
