• Manage a team of recruiters and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview processes.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in talent acquisition.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into recruitment strategies.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
