What are you accountable for

• Strategy planning and execution \xe2\x80\x93 distributors sell in & Dealers development.
• Dealer Development & training \xe2\x80\x93 product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT System.
• Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Team Leadership & People Development.
• Management of Retail Centers.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• To lead sales team with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region.
• To develop strong & dynamic network of dealers for subscriber base expansion.
• To formulate effective sales ground activities & effective Network coverage footprint.
• To develop excellent customer service at all touch points.

What you need for the job

• Strong exposure with sales and people management
• Experience in managing P&L
• Strong decision making
• Experience with East Coast market
• Minimum 10 years experience in management level
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Admin and any equivalent field of studies
