Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Develop and execute sales strategies to secure interior design, renovation, and construction projects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors. Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders. Negotiate contracts and project terms with clients to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and key clients. Monitor project pipeline and ensure smooth handover from sales to design and project teams.

Marketing & Branding



Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, social media, exhibitions, and promotional events. Strengthen the company's brand image and ensure consistent communication across all platforms. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, portfolios, and advertisements. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to showcase completed projects and design concepts. Collaborate with the design team to highlight company's design capability and project quality.

Strategic Planning & Analysis



Develop annual business plans, marketing budgets, and sales targets. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to management for market positioning and pricing strategies. Review and track performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and client satisfaction.

Team Management



Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance. Organize training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Promote teamwork between design, project, and sales departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:



Education:



Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience:



Minimum 5-8 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction, renovation, or interior design industry. Proven track record in project acquisition and client relationship management. Familiar with tendering processes, design proposal presentation, and project costing.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. In-depth understanding of interior design/construction process and timelines. Strategic thinker with strong networking and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
