Key Responsibilities

Drive overall sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sponsorships, exhibitor sales, and corporate participation. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Actively engage in high-value sales negotiations and close major deals with corporate clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat participation. Oversee sales operations including client database management, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and event operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches. Prepare sales materials, proposals, and pricing structures to support business development. Represent the company professionally at business meetings and industry networking events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with proven success in events, media, or advertising industries. Strong ability to sell sponsorship packages, exhibitor booths, and event participation packages. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills with strong closing ability. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset. Energetic, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
