Responsibilities: Develop, track and manage the sales plan, key performance indicators, and forecasting. Proactively identify opportunities and risks, while recommending action and managing the implementation to drive results against plan. Manage a large team of high-performance sales individuals across the country. Hire a best-in-class sales and demand generation team in a rapid-scale, customer-focused organization. Recruit, train, motivate and develop the right talent. Create, improve and audit sales processes and support resources through training programs and management coaching. Design programs that engage and motivate the sales team while driving continual improvements in productivity and cost of sales. Assist with complex sales negotiations, and presentation approach, assist with proposals and manage product criteria to help build the pipeline. Develop and oversee sales training programs to reduce ramp time and improve productivity and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define strategies and initiatives that grow revenue and manage the execution and results. Work closely with the Director, Sales to develop key operating assumptions & growth plans for the business. Manage the components of the revenue plan, and drive initiatives to execute against plan. Requirements: Seasoned Sales Leader: more than 5 years in a fast pace sales environment or with at least 8-10 years\' experience in growing brand/business, preferably in the e-commerce and/or FMCG industry Bachelor\'s degree in Business or any related field. Highly analytical & numbers driven: able to think analytically, putting together data and crunching numbers to deliver insights and influence the way your teams segment and acquire restaurant partners. Inspiring leader: proven track record of managing and building highly functional sales and business development teams.
