A higher education institution in Malaysia is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing (Education) to lead and drive the strategic direction of sales and marketing in line with the company\'s objective. In this job, you will be based in Petaling Jaya, Kota Damansara. About the Head of Sales & Marketing (Education) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be driving the strategic direction of the company in all aspects of sales and marketing and ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and marketing team to ensure the sales objectives and targets are achieved
  • Develop and organise sales campaigns, marketing events and promotional activities
  • Provide good leadership, support, consultation and advice to the sales and marketing teams and ensure student recruitment numbers are achieved
  • Identify and analyse market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses and establish new target markets
To succeed in this Head of Sales and Marketing (Education) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements:
  • A degree in marketing/business administration/communications and PR/advertising or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a local and international recruitment role
  • Ability to lead, coach, manage the sales and marketing team
  • Experience developing sales and marketing strategies
