Job Responsibilities 1. Sales \xc2\xb7 Report to General Manager \xc2\xb7 Develop and lead annual sales plan for Northern district from Taiping Perak, to Penang, Kedah & Perlis. \xc2\xb7 Review monthly and YTD sales report and manage sales objectives. \xc2\xb7 Analyze & review products performance report include slow moving stock. \xc2\xb7 Monitor monthly Re-Order Report (repeat order) and manage products\xe2\x80\x99 ordering in line with marketing programs or expected market demand. \xc2\xb7 Create value proposition for customers through sales meetings and presentation. \xc2\xb7 Recruit for sales staff. \xc2\xb7 Organize and manage intensive soft skill of sales training, and products training to sales team members. 2. Marketing \xc2\xb7 Collaborate District Marketing Leader for marketing activities include product\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Design and propose yearly or quarterly sales and marketing strategy program for new products launching as well as slow moving products or revise promotion plan as accordance to current market situation. \xc2\xb7 Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s branding to new customers or new develop market. \xc2\xb7 Identify and develop new business opportunities and lead sales team to sustain the business. 3. Customer Relation \xc2\xb7 Create, lead and develop annual customer service plan i.e: site visit schedule & etc. \xc2\xb7 Lead and monitor customer complaints. \xc2\xb7 Bridge communication between Company and customers. \xc2\xb7 Introduce business trip and introduce key personnel to customer when it necessary. Candidate Personality: \xc2\xb7 Trust & integrity \xc2\xb7 Extensive leadership experience \xc2\xb7 Strong Teaming Abilities \xc2\xb7 Strategic Thinker Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Age below 42 \xc2\xb7 Energetic, aggressive, passionate and result oriented personnel. \xc2\xb7 Min diploma or degree holder in agricultures, fishery, biotechnology, animal science, or veterinary or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Have technical knowledge in agricultures, poultry farming, or animal livestock sectors will be added advantages or welcomed supervisory level of candidate to apply for the position. \xc2\xb7 Frequent travel is required to farm visit and meet customer regularly. \xc2\xb7 Able to work immediately is a priority. Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:
