Job Description

The Head of Sales will lead and oversee sales strategies, driving revenue growth and ensuring strong market presence in the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales objectives.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the division's growth strategy across fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, and green energy.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead expansion into adjacent sectors like renewables and hydrogen.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals, technical experts, and service engineers.
  • Financial Oversight: Own the P&L, set performance targets, and ensure profitability through smart budgeting and operational excellence.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and principal partners. Represent the company at industry events and forums.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee service delivery, technical support, and project execution to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

A successful Head of Sales should have:
  • A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Energy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing P&L, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fuels, petrochemicals, testing technologies, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and energy transition.
