Job Responsibilities: The role is responsible to manage the Sales department / branch to ensure that planned sales targets are achieved, responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Branch, upholding the company policy in all aspects of the business. Implement sales & marketing programs set by the management to achieve desired sales objectives and goals. Propose and implement branch / sales activities or programme to attract customers into the showroom. Oversee and guide sales executive / supervisor in implementing sales and marketing program set by the management to achieve desired objective and goals. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business Admin /automotive studies. Minimum 3 years\' experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry. Extensive experience with sales function, preferably in the automotive industry. Good interpersonal skills and able to write business proposals proficiently (in English and Malay, if applicable) Able to work independently, a self-starter. Strong focus on accuracy; an eye for details. Proficient in any dealer management system (DMS) usage Highly proficient in the use of computer applications, especially MS Excel.
