• Operational Lead SC Process Mining for the team located in KL with a global area of responsibility.
• Drive change management towards a decentralized continuous improvement culture leveraging process mining based on Process Mining tool.
• Represent Global Business Services in tool selection for Process Mining software by participating in RFP (e.g. requirement engineering, review of responses) and POCs.
• Drive and Manage initiative portfolio incl. prioritization criteria and resource planning and ensure alignment with other existing and/or planned initiatives.
• Act as the single point of contact for Operating Divisions (ODs) and GB SDUs for Process Mining and best practice sharing
• Manage the OtC Community to share best practices derived from Process Mining, e.g. by the creation of OtC archetypes roadmap in close collaboration with the ODs
• Generate outside-in views by connecting with external partners
• Report on BASF Group OtC Performance and identify improvement areas
• Further develop BPO methodology and build up knowledge management
• Support senior and complex initiatives (e.g. NGBA)

RequirementsEducation

• University degree or similar with focus on Logistics, SCM, or Finance (Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)

Working Experience

• At least 10 years of working experience in areas related to this job (Logistics, SCM, Finance), thereof min. 5 years of BASF experience; at least 3 previous jobs
• Working experience in chemical industry preferred

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking
• Initiative, pro-active, self-motivated
• Preferably already gained leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in successful project management
• Familiar with SAP
• Fluent in English
