About the Role



Aafiyat Digital is expanding Olive House and our wellness brands-- and we're looking for a dynamic, data-driven leader to take charge. As the

Head of Sales & Business Development,

you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling our digital business strategy across

TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Ads, and localized landing pages.

This role blends

strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and market insight

-- ideal for someone who can grow digital sales while shaping the brand's long-term market presence.

Key Responsibilities



1. Market Expansion & Strategy



Lead and develop Aafiyat Digital's market penetration strategy. Conduct ongoing

market research, competitor study, and consumer trend analysis

to identify growth opportunities. Define product positioning, pricing, and campaign angles. Build and execute a

comprehensive business roadmap

for revenue, market share, and brand growth.

2. Digital Sales Growth



Oversee and grow sales performance across

Shopee, TikTok Shop

, and other digital platforms. Manage daily operations -- listings, promo setup, campaign participation, and fulfilment coordination. Plan and execute

paid advertising campaigns

via

Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads

to drive traffic and conversions. Continuously monitor and optimize

ROAS, CTR, conversion rate

, and other key sales metrics. Drive continuous improvement in content, offer structure, and campaign efficiency.

3. Campaign & Brand Development



Collaborate with

Content, Creative, and Live Teams

to craft localized campaign themes that resonate with consumers. Develop and oversee

sales & marketing initiatives

, from festive campaigns to everyday sales pushes. Ensure alignment with HQ's digital campaign calendar and product focus. Identify and coordinate with

local influencers, affiliates, or content creators

for cross-border campaigns.

4. Market Insight & Performance Reporting



Deliver

weekly and monthly business reports

highlighting sales trends, customer behaviour, and competitor movements. Present insights and actionable recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Evaluate product performance and suggest new product opportunities or bundle strategies to strengthen market share.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination



Lead the business unit operations -- coordinating between

HQ departments (Supply Chain, Creative, Technical, and Finance)

. Work closely with platform managers from

Shopee and TikTok

for campaign participation and visibility opportunities. Collaborate with the

Technical Integration Unit

to ensure data accuracy, performance tracking, and automation of reporting. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-driven execution within the team.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or eCommerce-related field.

5+ years of experience

in digital business development, marketplace management, or cross-border eCommerce. Proven track record in

growing sales through TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Meta Ads

. Strong leadership and analytical skills -- comfortable managing both people and performance data. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
