Overview:
The Head of Strategic Partnership & Business Growth is a role responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing new relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and their associated entities (e.g., Family Offices, Trusts).
This role actively involves reimagining and optimizing client onboarding journey to ensure a truly delightful customer service experience, and strengthening collaboration with interdepartmental/
division, i.e. Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, to identify, engage, and convert qualified clients for onshore and offshore onboarding
In addition, this role will leads the establishment and promotion of the Single Family Office (SFO) initiative in Forest City Johor, positioning the bank as a key industry player in Malaysia's evolving family office ecosystem and as a trusted advisor for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) seeking bespoke wealth structuring and cross border advisory solutions
It requires a visionary thinker with a proven track record of successful business development in the HNW segment, exceptional relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the sophisticated needs of affluent clients
