Join our leading Automotive Manufacturer as a Head of Supply Chain based in the Klang Valley region.

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy to support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
• Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization to meet customer requirements and minimize excess stock.
• Drive monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between sales, production, and finance.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Optimize logistics and distribution networks for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and space utilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and environmental standards across all supply chain activities.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development in planning, logistics, and warehouse management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA or APICS certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Proven expertise in S&OP, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/analytical tools.
