Job Description

Our client is a well-established F&B Retail company with huge footprint across the region, with their products well embedded into our daily life.

With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join in their leadership team.

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be expected to have strong end to end supply experience across 3PL management, planning and procurement. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Ensure product availability whilst minimising holding costs and optimising working capital.
• Oversee the overall supply chain and logistics budget; monitor the cost, inventory and effectiveness of all related activities to optimise resources and prioritise spending.
• Benchmark and manage the performance of third-party warehouse & logistics providers.
• Regularly review key performance metrics (e.g. inventory levels, warehouse & logistics expenses) and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Source, identify and on board potential new suppliers to diversify sourcing and enhance company\'s procurement options.
• Negotiate with suppliers for favourable rates to ensure optimal pricing beneficial to company.

Work in a top tier company in the industry|Be in a position to drive growth, change management & continuous improvement

• Minimum required qualification for this position is a relevant tertiary qualification. A relevant postgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent tertiary qualification). A CPIM or CSCP would be highly advantageous.
• At least 10 years of Supply Chain experience in F&B or relevant industries.
• Track record in leadership roles within Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the F&B landscape and the S&OP framework.
