Talent acquisition and recruitmenta. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts andhires Grade A candidate.b. Develop and refine recruitment strategies and processes to improveefficiency and effectiveness.2. Employee engagement and retentiona. Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.b. Implement retention programs that reduce turnover and keep key talentwithin the organization.3. Compensation and Benefitsa. Oversee compensation structures to ensure they are competitive andequitable.b. Manage benefits programs, ensuring they are comprehensive, cost-effective, and attractive to employees.4.
