We are now looking for a Group CTO (Domain Sales Manager) based in Malaysia to drive technology engagement and sales by supporting the GCU organization with business development and domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Group CTO will work closely with technology domains across Ericsson and work closely with respective Axiata key accounts. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) in a specific engagement.
What you will do
Influence customer on network vision and strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer vision, strategy and requirements
Strengthen Ericsson technology leadership across the group
Deliver customer value, provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business
Identify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
Support to drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer
Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up
You will bring
Education: University degree in Engineering, Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree / MBA would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunication industry. Good experience in customer interfacing, understand customer business and sales strategy.
Experienced in managing customers at CXO level
Domain experience: RAN, Transport and should understand overall end to end network
Very active team player, can work with diversified team
Experience of leading team: able to manage a team locally/virtually
Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility!
Customer Insight, commercial understanding, excellent communication skill
