Job Summary

\xc2\xb7 This position is accountable for leading the team in production control, planning, manufacturing, engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.

\xc2\xb7 Managing all strategic operational processes, day-to-day operations, and lead the organization in maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Providing senior level consulting services to project teams and management on implementation of testing methodology, tools and techniques

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Plan, organize and direct the resources of the department to achieve productivity, yield, quality cycle time and zero customer compliant.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all product testing meets customer satisfaction and all equipment are properly maintained.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with customers on technical issues, improvement program, and new product testing and transfer opportunity.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct evaluation and recommend new test equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Plans, directs and coordinates in the manufacturing operations and production.

\xc2\xb7 Establishes and manages the conditions of production (human resources, quality etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Develops and manages the budget to be the cost-effective and enhances the production process.

\xc2\xb7 Accountable for the profit and loss performance of the individual product lines.

\xc2\xb7 Plan and identify the necessary training to upgrade knowledge, skill and personal development of subordinates.

\xc2\xb7 Communication and partnership with application development teams, business teams, vendor resources, and other project stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Quality Accountability :

i) Enforce compliance to standard operating procedure and specifications.

ii) Notify and coordinate line quality issues between Quality Assurance, Engineering and Maintenance.

iii) Tracking of line quality performance.

iv) Proliferation of the best practices.

v) Review of potential quality issues.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree in engineering or at least 10 - 15 years in semiconductor industry with manufacturing experience in a high paced environment.
