Job Description

As a Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE) Head you will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing transformation.

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects under Bank\'s domain such as Digital, Enterprise, Core Banking &
• Wealth, Cards etc.
• Defining the entry and exit criteria for all testing phases, which include Development/Unit, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance/Load Testing, and Post-Production Testing.
• Integrating automated test platforms into the development, build, and release workflows to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing guidance and leadership to the organization in the areas of QA best practices, standards, and methodologies, with the goal of continuously improving the engineering capabilities of the company.

• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.
• Experience in various testing tool suites like JIRA, Confluence, Tosca, Selenium, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM / Quality Center etc.
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
