JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to manage the planning, strategizing, implementation and delivery of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s township developments within Klang valley.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee planning (infrastructure and buildings), product development, authorities liaison, project management, construction management and post-delivery management.
- Preparation of Feasibility Studies, project budget, business plan and project tracking reports.
- Overseeing the P&L of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s township projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Planning/ Architecture
- At least 12 years of experience in township development at the managerial level.
- Experience in mid-to-large scale townships. Integrated developments and township infrastructure is an added advantage.
