Job description
Main Responsibility:
- Lead the underwriting team to establish an effective risk selection framework for profitable growth of Motor and personal lines products.
- This team is the ultimate product owner and decision maker of product offer including underwriting process flow and system operations.
- Ability to identify challenges in day-to-day work and propose possible solutions to mitigate them. Actively collaborate with other Personal Lines team in the execution of work
- Oversee the underwriting risk selection process for Motor, PA and Health Products
- Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in underwriting service (Motor, Personal Accident, Health)
- Insurance industry backgorund (specifically insurance sector) and competitors\' product in all applicable regions
- Proven leadership and working experience in Underwriting function and insurance industry
