Working Arrangement In Office The Opportunity

  • To ensure Operations functions are carried out in a proper, efficient, accurate and in a timely manner as well as in compliance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • To assist management in performing and implementing the Company and regional office operational initiatives.
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination of budget plan
  • To act as interface with other departments or regional office in resolving issues in the most timely and efficient manner.
  • To continuously review, identify and implement improvements and developments of core efficiencies to the operations unit.
  • Responsible for quality control of all operational matters.
  • Ensure that the Department complies with regulations, guidelines, and procedures
  • Development and improvement of the overall UT Operations platform. This includes liaising with internal parties and responsible in the success of User Acceptance Testing and smooth implementation of the enhancement.
  • Responsible in tracking operational team key deliverables
  • Planning, developing and implementing training activities for internal support staff and distribution channel where necessary.
  • Provide feedback from agency and customers - proactively assisting in defining customer requirement and subsequent improvements.
  • Ensure company bench marking is within the industry standard and to keep the management team abreast of industry trends.
  • Any other projects assigned by Company from time to time.

What we are looking for
  • 12 - 18 years in the asset management industry with significant exposure to local coverage
  • Ability to assess and mitigate principal risks and compliance of the asset management business, together with its growth and profitability and ensures that appropriate management and technological systems are in place for delivering the expected services and performance standards.
  • High level of integrity with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the relevant guidelines issued by Securities Commission and Federation of Investment Malaysia FIMM etc
  • Dynamic and well-organized leader with excellent business acumen, independent and able to multitask in a challenging and demanding environment.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to provide coaching and develop a strong team
