Functional (job responsibilities)

• Responsible to develop and execute key Auto Loan strategies to grow market share across segments via expansion of active dealer network, end-to-end execution follow through of quarterly priorities and identification of market opportunities;
• Represents the Bank in external engagement to seek opportunities and intelligence in creating competitive edge for Auto Loan;
• Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of program / initiative to drive maximum sales top of mind and awareness;

• Work with respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure the programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, product / sales / marketing communications and marketing budgets;

• Monitor and analyze pre and post campaign performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems / issues and recommend solutions to rectify them;
• Lead the Auto Loan ESG or sustainability framework by identifying areas of opportunity, define targets and simulation for GHG emission improvement;
• Support the emission computation and CCPT reporting to BNM on Green Car portfolio;
• Support and assist PFS Auto Loan on any other ad-hoc managerial / Bankwide initiative.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Drive major business improvement initiatives, lead execution and provide training and materials for all Auto Loan sales channel;
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with support teams e.g., Operations, Project Management and Finance;
• Lead and coach staff in supporting execution on functional tasks and priorities.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholder from business partners and supporting internal functions;
• Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in complying with audit, compliance and regulatory guidelines;
• Perform other responsibilities or projects assigned under the Group or Bank\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or its equivalent in relevant field;
• Possess project management or data science related certification will be an added advantage
• At least 5 year(s) of hands-on experience in business, marketing, sales, business analytics or related field is required for this position;
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking;
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Words;
• Added advantage with dealer management experience, social skill and project management.
