Set and achieve performance indicators and financial goals for the product portfolio and report to management
Outline and present business cases for new products, features and services, engaging with key business stakeholders to outline requirements
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute, including Project Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Analytics, Advertising and Finance
To achieve the established sales and business goals through effective planning, implementation and control of all aspects of the marketing and sales processes.
Develop and execute effective and superior marketing campaigns and to expand current product offering in line with marketing objective and strategies.
Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of all programs to drive maximum product sales, conversion, loyalty and awareness.
Work with respective internal departments to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, credit policies, product communication and marketing budgets.
Provide clear direction and communication to the relevant advertising agencies in devising, producing and execution of the advertising work, which will communicate the product positioning, and the agreed objectives of the programs.
Monitor and analyze performance of all programs to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/issues and recommend solutions to rectify them.
Drive P+L impact at program and product level to deliver maximum return on investment
Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to respective programs
Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings with customers.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Lead and develop a team of product owners responsible for achieving performance indicators and financial goals

Education/Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
8+ years of product management/development experience
Experience
Experience in managing budget plans and developing business cases
Demonstrated product planning success in a fast-paced multi-product environment
Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle management process and user experience touchpoint management
Knowledge of usability, accessibility and analytics is essential
Disciplined time manager with strong ability to determine and manage priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization with the ability to explain complex elements in a simple way
Strong analytical capability, able to draw conclusions from data, key performance indicators and trends
Ability to remove roadblocks through creative problem solving, negotiation or conflict management skills
