To apply, you must have aminimum 10 years of relevant working experience with proven ability in leading teams across disciplines tomeet KPIs and budget. Your responsibilities will include OverseeingBranch Network Development in reviewing the Bank\'s branch footprint to ensure that theBank\'s presence is duly optimized and to meet the Bank\'s aspiration of sufficient representation in keylocations. Guiding and supportingdepartments/branches/centres on RMER/SAR/CER requests to ensure adherenceto proper governance in the award of contracts. Leadingin key projects to develop the network and shape. Partneringstakeholders in spatial planning and review thereof provide advice on design, layout andbudgeting of projects. Implementingprojects undertaken by the Project Management Department capability to ensure timely deliveries within approved timeline and budget. Overseeingthe management of all properties and operating banking branches from the tenancy, maintenance and facilities management standpoint to ensure smooth daily operation and optimum operating costs. Preparing reports, review financials and present to management. Compliance management andkeeping abreast of legislative developments. Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen. Bachelor\'s Degreeholderin Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or any related background. Strong knowledge and experience in Property Managementis required. Fluency in oral and written English language is essential while good command of Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of stakeholders. Possess strong leadership skills, stakeholder management skills, and communication skills. Able to exercise good professional judgment in the interest of the Bank and the department.
