We invite applications from suitably qualified Malaysian to fill the post of HEAD, VALUATION to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The Jobs:

To provide leadership and ensure the efficient and effective management of functions, staff and resources within the Valuation Department.

The Requirements: -

Bachelor's Degree in Rest Estate, Property Valuation or related field;
Registered Valuer with the BOVAEP;
Minimum 5 years' working experience in the valuation field and in supervisory positions;
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian property markets and valuation methodologies; and
Confident in supervising, guiding and leading a team of technical assistants.
