Job Description
A Leading Listed Property Development & Construction Group (Kuala Lumpur) The role leads the HR function of the Building Materials business division with 35 branches and a few manufacturing plants in Malaysia, with 10 HR staff. Required:
- HR Generalist and Business Partnering experience with exposure to any of the following strategic HR domains: Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management or Compensation & Benefits.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- HR domains: Talent Management, Organization Development: 10 years (Preferred)
- Performance Management or Compensation & Benefits: 10 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing industry: 10 years (Preferred)
- HR Generalist: 10 years (Preferred)
- Business Partnering: 10 years (Preferred)
