To ensure assigned machines utilization % achieve ABOVE 80% target . To achieve zero NCR target. Maximum not more than 10 NCR per year . To ensure assigned machines productivity % achieve ABOVE 90%. Principal duties . Accurately complete manufacturing orders given . To Run cold forming Screw Heading machine \'1die2blow & Multiblow\' - micro Fasteners . Meet dimensions according to drawings to fulfill quality standards. . Trouble shoot problems on machine to meet quality and productivity. . Follow the approved quality practices of company\'s quality management system. . Handling products, machines and equipment according to established producers. . Meet quality standards as per Company requirement. . Maintain good 5S practices. . Trainer to new Trainee Technician Requirement . SPM/Certificate/Diploma. . 2-3 years of related working experienced.
