OTC, First Aid/Non-Medicine, Vitamins, Dietary/Health Supplement, Medicated Skin, Medicated Hair, Medicated Foot, Eye and Ear, Family Planning, Health & Fitness, Homecare. Customer Service: Provide professional service and maximize sales opportunities focusing on the health category by providing product information and guidance to the customers, assisting them in selecting the appropriate product as well as advising on the benefits and correct usage of the products. Cross-sell products in other categories such as skin care items that enhance the health & beauty regime sales. Conduct health tests to the customers on related promotional activities. Provide assistance and guidance to other staff within the store on health products by conducting product briefings Sales & Stocks: Stock replenishment on Division A which include housekeeping of health items i.e. promotional and product display and price tags. Track and review your daily sales of the health division with the objective of achieving the sales target set. Conduct Division A report analysis on 015 and its action plan for sales improvement Sharing and feedback with the Store Manager on the overall areas of improvement. Acquire and upkeep good knowledge of the wide range of products and get updated on market trends. Work together with store team in coordinating Div A sales promotion activities i.e. availability of products on display, promotion highlights and correct promotion price. Ensure proper and timely Div A stocks replenishment from backroom onto shelving. Ensures that all Div A products displays are properly merchandised and comply to the planogram and the price tag displayed are showing correct price. Loss Prevention & Security: Consistently ensure correct pricing and plu for Div A products. Perform damage and expired items check on Div A and on the action plan to reduce losses. Assist in Div A stocks return and inter store transfer and ensure all process performed according to SOP. Involve in preparation and during stock take activities. Assist in maintaining store security at all times. Assist and involve in cycle count perform for non-planogram Div A products. General: Support Concourse sales. Always maintain professional image. This includes always wearing the white coat while on duty. To be a buddy and coach for new joiners and Sales Coordinator. Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staffs within the store, and with HQ staffs. Assist in ensuring that the cleanliness and tidiness of the stocks, shelves and overall Div A area are maintained at all times.
