Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/ STPM graduates are welcome to apply!
• Working experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa is required for this role.
• Familiar with social media and able to answer online inquiries and transform leads into sales.

Scopes:

• Achieve sales target set by the Company.
• Familiar with social media\xef\xbc\x8c must able to answer online enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up and serve potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Keep updated on product professional knowledge and promotion scheme.
• Conduct health assessment for customers, inform them about their health conditions, and encourage them to entrust their health to us, leading to successful transactions.
• Receive and serve walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation.
• Open and maintain customer profile to build lasting relationships with customers.
• To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and consumption experience.
• Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
• Any adhoc task assigned by the superior.
