Role DescriptionThis position reports to the Health Representative Manager. As a Health Representative, they should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated territory to promote Pfizer\'s products to doctors and customers.Responsibilities-Responsible for the sales target set for the business-Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals-Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection-Perform account management-Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth-Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)-Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)-Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure-Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)-Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etcQualifications-Degree, preferably in a Science background-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply-Proficient in Microsoft applications.-Possess a valid driving license and a car.-A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn-A team player with excellent interpersonal skills-A self-motivated and industrious achieverPfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Sales#LI-PFE
