- Develop and reinforce Safety Checklists / 5S based on SE Safety Guidelines or International Standards whichever is higher. -Plan and implement EHS policies and programs for Commercial Workplace Environment @ EAJ Region - Advise and lead SE Users / Staffs on various safety-related topics - Prepare educational workshops or seminars / webinars on a regular basis . - Review existing policies and procedures, updates and maintain latest version. - Adhere to all the Rules and Regulations (Local & SE). - To organize, roll out Quarterly Safety Campaign / Safety Assurance Programs . - To elevate the Safety Culture and Active Safety Communication Channels . - To maintain latest version of the BCP as part of the Crisis Mgmt. - Work with HR to set up on-boarding process for safety and other workstreams on safety guidelines at workplace environment. - Conduct risk assessment / site safety inspections. - Enforce preventive measures. - Identify Process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions. - Prepare and present reports on accidents / Incidents, Near Misses, Root Cause and Corrective Action. - Plans To review and provide professional advice for safety for any Workplace Enhancement Works or any other project.
