Job Responsibility Design and development of client s networks; new development/roll outs or upgrades Prepare network planning (produce technical proposal and detail BOM) - high/low level design together with technical drawings (AutoCAD)/plans Manage technical teams (in-house and subcontractors) planning and executing daily jobs assignment. Reporting/attending meeting on project progress with clients or in-house project management team Manage/coordinate daily operations of the clients network roll-out include application of a permit to work with site owners and local authorities Operate related test equipment such as Giga-Ethernet, Optical Power Meter/Light Source, Cable & Antenna Site Master (VSWR), OTDR, Fusion/Ribbon Splicing Machines and Metal Detectors. Coordinate and perform Acceptance Test activities with Clients, and prepare relevant documentations and drawing for submission Perform all activities in accordance to the safety regulations; teams, involved customers and public Prepare technical report on any assigned activities to include Technical Site Survey, Network Failure Restoration and Installation, Test & Commissioning Provide on the job training to team members (technicians) and oversees contractors to ensure the proper method and procedure of facility protection and maintenance are followed. Daily job assignments include, first response to clients networks outages along with service restorations Job Requirements JOB DESCRIPTIONS Multiple openings for Engineers position (junior to senior) The openings are in engineering services for telecommunication sectors; wireless (2G, 4G LTE, 5G and microwave transmission) and fiber optics (FTTH, ISP and CIVIL Works - OSP) We are the main contractor to telecom operators, telecom equipment vendors and TNB The successful candidates will be based at TUMPAT SOLUTIONS SDN BHD HQ in Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Subang Jaya or at operational offices at Muar/Batu Pahat (Semerah) and Kuantan (Indera Mahkota9) Qualifications/Requirements Degree/Diploma/Certificates in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Civil) or any Engineering disciplines Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduate will also be considered) Those are having CIDB Green card, NIOSH (TM and TNB), AESP, AGTES, WAH and competence certificates such as PW4, A0, A1 and Grid CQP will be added advantage Excellent technical knowledge in the following areas are priorities; AutoCAD drawings to meet local authority/clients requirements Mobile networks; 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G; planning and site survey, maintenance and project roll- out Microwave transmission networks - wireless SDH and IP based system Fiber Optics; ISP (Power Utility SDH, PTN and DWDM), FTTX/ODN and OSP (civil works and hands on area survey, cable splicing, operates test equipment and manage permitting with local authorities) Exceptional in problem solving, analytical skills, self-disciplined and able to work independently Effective communication skills, efficiently hardworking (not giving up), cooperative and teamwork spirit Good report writings and presentations in Bahasa Malaysia and English Possess valid car driving license Work at odd hours, as most of the works are done during maintenance windows from 10 pm - 6 am Extensive nationwide travelling (include Sabah and Sarawak) with short notice and long period outstation Fresh graduates/ Entry level, SL1M/Prot g based engineers and retrenched workers (those with extensive experience will be considered for managerial post) are encouraged to apply Job Benifits Competitive salary Flexible work schedule Paid vacation and sick leave Opportunity for career growth Friendly and collaborative work environment Professional training and development opportunities Company events and social activities
