Position: Healthcare Compliance SpecialistIndustry: Medical Devices & DiagnosticsWorking Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Petaling Jaya, SelangorWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30AM - 5:30PMSalary: Basic range from RM3,500-4,500 (Negotiable depending on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage & insuranceThe Health Care Compliance (HCC) Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Health Care Compliance Officer (HCCO) in the implementation of the company\'s health care compliance program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related internal guidelines, local laws and regulations, and anti-corruption laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.Responsibilities of the HCC Specialist include:

• Support the implementation of the health care compliance program
• Interface with all relevant parties including senior management on HCC-related matters
• Manage the review of submitted HCC requests in HCC pre-approval system and HCC requests submitted manually
• Support the HCCO in developing training and communication materials
• Conduct anti-corruption/HCC training as needed
• Assist the HCCO in managing the due diligence process for distributor and other third party intermediaries, including conducting User Training on the HCC Due Diligence System
• Perform review/monitoring of HCC activities
• Liaise with HCC colleagues on cross border activities and other initiatives
• Report and track unplanned deviations
• Support the HCC Officer in tracking Management Action Plans
• May perform other duties as assigned by the HCCO

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in areas of Finance, Pharmacy, etc
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Previous working experience in the areas of Compliance, Auditing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of documentation requirements
• Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Independent and objective thinker
• Manages conflicts in an open and constructive manner
• High level of integrity with good ethical core values
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Experience in data analytics is an advantage
