Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/ STPM graduates are welcome to apply!
- Working experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa is required for this role.
- Familiar with social media and able to answer online inquiries and transform leads into sales.
- Achieve sales target set by the Company.
- Familiar with social media\xef\xbc\x8c must able to answer online enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up and serve potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Keep updated on product professional knowledge and promotion scheme.
- Conduct health assessment for customers, inform them about their health conditions, and encourage them to entrust their health to us, leading to successful transactions.
- Receive and serve walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation.
- Open and maintain customer profile to build lasting relationships with customers.
- To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and consumption experience.
- Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
- Any adhoc task assigned by the superior.
