Job Title: Healthcare Executive

Experience: At least 2 years A prestigious private college in Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining sponsorships for healthcare students from various private hospitals and carrying out other relevant duties to ensure the growth and success of the college\'s healthcare programs. Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sponsorship opportunities for healthcare students from private hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within private hospitals, including administrators, HR managers, and medical directors.
• Prepare and present sponsorship proposals, negotiating terms and conditions to secure beneficial agreements for the college and its healthcare students.
• Monitor and report on sponsorship progress, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations and objectives are met.
• Work closely with the college\'s healthcare faculty to develop and promote healthcare programs that meet the needs of the industry.
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors, making recommendations for program enhancements and new opportunities.
• Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to build the college\'s network and stay current on developments in the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and organizations.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM; a diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key players.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sponsorship strategies that deliver results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for healthcare and education.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
